Responsibilities
- Administer all employee records, including attendance tracking, contract management, issuance of official letters (SK), and maintenance of legal documentation.
- Execute the monthly payroll process with precision, guaranteeing timely and accurate compensation for all staff members.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for a variety of positions, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate monthly BPJS (social security) reporting, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and optimal benefit coverage.
- Represent the organization in legal matters and industrial relations, acting as the primary liaison with labor authorities and unions.
- Cultivate a harmonious industrial relationship by mediating between management and employees, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the latest UU Ketenagakerjaan (Labor Law) and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor and resolve operational challenges swiftly, leveraging strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HR trends, technology tools (e.g., job portals, Microsoft Office Suite), and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields (D3/D4 considered for entry‑level candidates).
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar generalist role.
- Age: Up to 35 years old; residency in Medan is required.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with job portal sourcing.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, assertiveness balanced with persuasion, negotiation, diplomatic handling of conflicts, and the ability to work independently under supervision.
- Soft Skills: Detail‑orientation, counseling ability, problem‑solving mindset, adaptability to dynamic work environments, and a collaborative spirit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
