Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Operasi Sumber Daya Manusia to join our growing HR team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining recruitment, onboarding, training, and off‑boarding processes while ensuring that all employee data is accurately maintained in our HRIS system. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to create a seamless employee experience from the moment a candidate applies until their final departure.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles: post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to secure top talent.
- Submit new‑hire email and system access requests to the IT team, ensuring all digital tools are ready on day one.
- Organize and facilitate new‑employee training sessions, prepare employment contracts, evaluation forms, and performance appraisal templates.
- Oversee the onboarding journey, including document collection, orientation programs, and cross‑functional coordination to guarantee smooth integration.
- Enter and verify employee information in the HRIS database, register fingerprint data for time‑and‑attendance tracking, and keep records up to date.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for all HR documents such as contracts, performance evaluations, disciplinary notices, and reference letters.
- Compile monthly attendance data, generate payroll reports, and support the Finance department with accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate off‑boarding activities: conduct exit interviews, manage clearance procedures, deactivate system access, and archive all relevant documentation.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing required HR data, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Continuously improve HR operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks and proposing technology‑driven solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or personnel administration.
- Professional certification from BNSP as an HR Staff is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and spreadsheets).
- Excellent time‑management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and public‑speaking skills, with the ability to present policies and procedures clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and employment compliance requirements.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a systematic approach to document handling and data integrity.
- Open to working full‑time (09:00 – 18:00) with flexibility for occasional urgent HR matters.
