We are looking for a motivated Staf Operasional Gudang Distribution Center to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) and basic computer applications to record inventory movements.
- Organize and label stock locations, ensuring items are stored in designated zones for optimal picking efficiency.
- Participate in order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment according to company SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following health‑and‑safety guidelines and conducting regular aisle inspections.
- Support inventory cycle counts and assist with discrepancy investigations to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with senior staff and supervisors to identify process improvements and contribute ideas for cost‑saving initiatives.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as preparing shipping documents, updating logs, and reporting daily activity summaries.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety drills, and performance reviews to continuously improve job competency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Ability to operate a computer (basic Office suite and warehouse admin software).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Friendly and customer‑oriented attitude; ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Open to candidates with little or no prior work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
