Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position based in Sibuhuan is a critical role within our multifinance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end collections process for overdue accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring that delinquencies are resolved promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of overdue A/R collection activities, adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection efforts, documenting outcomes and escalating issues as needed.
- Assist branch offices in handling problematic partners, providing analytical support and recommending remedial actions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to overall portfolio health.
- Execute the retrieval of assets from high‑risk customers, coordinating with legal and asset recovery teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with credit underwriting, loan servicing, and risk management departments to share insights on borrower behavior and improve future credit decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting trends in delinquency, recovery rates, and any operational challenges.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce collection cycle times.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact borrower repayment capacity.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- All educational backgrounds are considered; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
