Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Manager Penjualan to lead our sales operations in the vibrant market of Kota Bekasi. This role is critical for expanding our footprint within the rapidly growing vape industry, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The successful candidate will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and prospective vape shops and wholesale distributors across Bekasi to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with corporate targets, ensuring consistent month‑over‑month growth.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional terms, and contract conditions while maintaining profitability margins.
  • Provide product training and on‑site support to retail staff, helping them communicate the unique value propositions of our vape range.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust tactics and recommend product enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth product rollout and adherence to local regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales assistants, fostering a results‑driven culture focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while managing a busy field schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the Bekasi area, often visiting multiple stores per day.
