Introduction
The Manager of Security Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for safeguarding people, assets, and information across our organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Security, the incumbent will oversee a team of security personnel, develop comprehensive security strategies, and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. This position demands a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of security officers, ensuring proper training on surveillance, access control, and incident reporting.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of facilities, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee the operation of CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, and physical access control technologies.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services during incidents or drills.
- Manage shift schedules (including night and weekend shifts) to guarantee full coverage from Monday through Saturday.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, trend analyses, and quarterly security performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure all security personnel adhere to company dress code and professional appearance standards.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for security‑related inquiries from internal stakeholders, visitors, and contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in security supervision or related field; fresh graduates with strong personal attributes are welcome.
- Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, meticulousness, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Professional appearance and willingness to work a rotating shift system, including weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Basic knowledge of security monitoring equipment, access control systems, and incident documentation.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Physical fitness sufficient to patrol premises and respond to emergencies.
