Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Administrasi to join our dynamic team in Pamekasan. This role is pivotal in supporting daily office operations, managing online marketplace sales, and maintaining a strong presence on social media platforms. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer data in the company’s database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and update product listings on online marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak, including price adjustments, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in processing orders, arranging shipments, and tracking deliveries to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
- Support the finance department with invoice generation, payment verification, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet sales targets and uphold the company’s service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender, aged up to 35 years (flexible based on experience).
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to e‑commerce or online marketplace management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using basic computer applications.
- Strong understanding of how social media platforms operate and how to leverage them for brand promotion.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly communicative with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under target‑driven environments and handle pressure without compromising quality.
- Not currently bound by another full‑time employment or contractual obligations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and order processing is a plus.
