Responsibilities

- Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and physicians to clarify prescription orders and resolve any medication‑related issues.
- Conduct routine quality‑check inspections of pharmaceutical supplies, monitoring expiration dates, storage conditions, and labeling accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in medication safety committees and contribute to incident reporting and root‑cause analysis.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Pharmacy or a related field; graduates with at least an SMK Pharmacy background are also considered.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with healthcare professionals and patients.
- High level of precision, creativity, and initiative in problem‑solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
