Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Asisten Apoteker Farmasi Klinik Terpadu to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe preparation, dispensing, and management of medications for patients visiting our integrated clinic. Responsibilities
- Accurately compound, label, and package prescription and non‑prescription medications according to established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of intravenous admixtures, topical preparations, and specialized dosage forms required by clinicians.
- Provide medication counseling and basic drug information to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Perform routine quality control checks, including verification of expiration dates, integrity of packaging, and proper storage conditions.
- Support the pharmacy’s administrative duties such as updating patient medication histories, processing insurance claims, and handling documentation for regulatory audits.
- Participate in continuous education programs and stay current with evolving drug formularies, safety guidelines, and best practices in pharmaceutical care.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions, offering insights on drug interactions, dosing adjustments, and therapeutic alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with national health authority regulations, including proper handling of controlled substances and hazardous materials.
- Assist in the implementation of pharmacy automation tools and electronic health record (EHR) integration to streamline workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Female candidates only, as per the specific staffing policy of the clinic.
- No minimum experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of medication compounding, dosage calculations, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the designated shift (Monday‑Saturday, 15:00‑21:00).
