Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to established recipes.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment—including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers—safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to food‑handling and hygiene protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and waste management.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help restock supplies to avoid interruptions during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing routine cleaning of surfaces, utensils, and equipment after each shift.
- Support the team during peak periods by managing order flow, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with front‑of‑house staff.
- Participate in daily briefings and post‑service debriefs to identify areas for improvement and share feedback.
- Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and immediate reporting of any hazards.
- Continuously develop culinary knowledge through on‑the‑job training and optional workshops offered by the company.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
- Basic understanding of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and equipment operation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional adjustments during special events.
