This field‑focused position plays a critical role in growing our network of local agents who will deliver AmarthaLink’s innovative services to underserved communities. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a proven sales acquisition background, a strong grasp of the local market, and a passion for empowering partners through education and support.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct engaging presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents on the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing agents, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support for agents on system usage, product offerings, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain optimal activity.
- Analyze market potential within the assigned territory, develop localized growth strategies, and recommend new outreach tactics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition activities, sales pipelines, and agent performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding agent recruitment targets.
- Deep knowledge of the Lampung Barat region, including key market players and community dynamics.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C, enabling frequent field visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on‑site from Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
