Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Penelitian & QC (Research and Development) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on existing educational programs, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on curriculum materials, digital learning tools, and program delivery processes.
- Design and execute observation studies, collect field data, and evaluate program outcomes against established KPIs.
- Develop systematic reports that synthesize findings, propose actionable recommendations, and outline implementation plans.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers, instructional designers, and IT specialists to integrate research insights into product development cycles.
- Maintain organized databases and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to track progress and visualize trends.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, presenting research results and quality metrics to senior leadership and operational teams.
- Support the creation of training materials and guidelines that embed quality standards throughout the organization.
- Manage mobile fieldwork, including site visits to partner schools and learning centers, while ensuring timely and accurate data capture.
- Continuously monitor industry best practices in education research, quality assurance, and program evaluation to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, Educational Management, or a related field.
- Female candidates, aged between 23 and 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in research, quality control, or program evaluation.
- Proven analytical and research skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to conduct systematic observations, evaluations, and develop improvement plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic editing tools is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Adaptable, quick learner who follows instructions meticulously.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and willingness to work mobile in the field.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional extended hours for project deadlines.
