Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a professional manner.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely fashion, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refill beverages, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues before they escalate.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and keeping service stations organized.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food, sanitizing surfaces, and wearing appropriate attire.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as stock checks, cash reconciliation, and preparing the dining room for the next shift.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- No prior experience required; however, previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or F&B setting is a plus.
