We are seeking a motivated Staff Produksi – Pengawasan Operasional Pabrik to join our dynamic production team at our state‑of‑the‑art food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation of production lines, supporting both quality standards and output targets. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production schedules and adjust workflows to meet output targets while maintaining product quality.
- Supervise machine operators, providing guidance on proper start‑up, shutdown, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identify potential faults, and coordinate preventative maintenance with the engineering team.
- Enforce compliance with K3 (occupational safety) and food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, and sanitation protocols.
- Record production data, generate shift reports, and communicate any deviations or incidents to senior management.
- Assist in the training of new hires and continuous skill development of existing staff.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to perform in‑process checks and handle non‑conformities promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, especially in cold‑storage zones, to prevent contamination.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis for production losses and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including night shifts, to ensure 24‑hour operational coverage.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a science or engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
- Age: Typically between 18‑35 years, with flexibility for qualified candidates outside this range.
- Gender: Open to all genders, with a current preference for male candidates based on operational needs.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit, no color blindness, and free from serious medical conditions; a valid health certificate is required.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, though candidates with at least 1 year of experience in food production or manufacturing are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of production machinery operation and maintenance; familiarity with K3, GMP, and HACCP standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong discipline, honesty, punctuality, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in cold‑storage environments, and handle shift rotations, including night shifts.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to the plant site and adapt to any location changes as required.
