To support our expanding footprint, we are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan Ritel with a strong customer‑service mindset. This full‑time, shift‑based position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a vibrant store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments with zero errors.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise displays are tidy and well‑stocked.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing accurate reports for management.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with floor staff to coordinate promotions, special offers, and seasonal sales events.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the register, flagging low‑stock items for replenishment.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols, including loss‑prevention measures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new products, POS updates, and customer‑service best practices.
  • Work flexible shift schedules, including morning (08:00‑17:00), afternoon (11:00‑19:00), and evening (15:00‑23:00) rotations, six days a week (Monday‑Saturday).

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only; a professional and attractive appearance is essential.
  • Ability to work rotating shift patterns (11:00‑19:00 or 15:00‑23:00) and weekend days.
  • Basic proficiency with cash‑handling and POS systems; prior cashier experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient attitude toward customers.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are an advantage.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg.
