Introduction
PT. Prima Nutriindo, a leading producer of premium infant nutrition products in Indonesia, is expanding its regional sales force. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal‑driven women to join our team as Promotor Sales Lapangan dan Pemasaran in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This role focuses on promoting, marketing, and selling our flagship formula milk line directly to modern retail outlets, supermarkets, and specialty stores. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is committed to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site product promotions and demonstrations for formula milk across assigned retail locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, shelf‑stockers, and key decision‑makers to secure optimal shelf space and product visibility.
- Execute daily sales activities, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and price monitoring.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the regional sales manager.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for submission to the head office.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events.
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) with work hours from 07:00 to 15:00, Tuesday through Sunday.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist the marketing team in executing local campaigns, sampling programs, and in‑store activation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or Sales Promotion Boy (SPB) in the modern retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
- Female candidates only, as the role involves direct interaction with a primarily female consumer base.
- Willingness to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara, with occasional travel to nearby districts.
- Basic computer literacy for report entry and use of mobile sales applications.
