Introduction

Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and enforce the company’s annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing activities, coordinating with accounting, purchasing, and production teams.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liaison with banking partners.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and coordinate the preparation of tax filings.
- Maintain and improve the use of ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Accurate, including custom reporting in advanced MS Excel.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a small team of junior accountants, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, and implement best‑practice controls to reduce risk.
- Support internal audits and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a finance supervisory or senior accountant role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate), advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP), and solid understanding of Indonesian tax law (PPh, PPN).
- Analytical Ability: Strong data‑analysis skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret complex financial information.
- Soft Skills: Integrity, high level of honesty, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and proven leadership qualities.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
