Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including clearing tables, resetting settings, and polishing surfaces.
  • Perform routine sanitation of restroom facilities to uphold health‑code standards.
  • Assist in preparing rice, drinks, and basic condiments during the early‑morning shift before the second‑shift chef arrives.
  • Process customer payments efficiently, handling cash, card, and digital transactions with integrity.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow.
  • Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.
  • No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to serve customers with a friendly, attentive attitude.
  • Basic numeracy for handling payments and change.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
  • Team player who can adapt to varying shift schedules (standard hours: 08:00 – 17:00).
