Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Nurse with a specialization in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team in Payakumbuh and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in critical care units, including assessment, monitoring, and implementation of treatment plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and life‑support measures in accordance with established protocols.
- Interpret vital signs, lab results, and imaging studies to identify changes in patient condition and promptly report to the attending physician.
- Coordinate and document all nursing interventions using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment options, and post‑discharge care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contributing nursing insights to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to infection control policies and emergency response procedures.
- Mentor junior nurses and nursing assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Stay current with advancements in critical care nursing through continuous professional development and training.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and audit activities to enhance clinical performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing (S1 preferred).
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) that is current and unexpired.
- Maximum age: 35 years for female candidates; all genders are welcome.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the high standards of our facility.
- Prior experience in beauty or aesthetic nursing is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Residence within Payakumbuh or nearby districts.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum two‑year contract.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and make rapid clinical decisions.
