Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans that incorporate play‑based learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor‑skill activities.
- Monitor and assess each child’s development, providing constructive feedback to parents and senior staff.
- Create a welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and collaboration among children.
- Maintain classroom safety by adhering to health, hygiene, and emergency protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to organize special events, field trips, and parent‑teacher meetings.
- Document daily activities, attendance, and learning outcomes using our digital record‑keeping system.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and staff training sessions to stay current with early‑education best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom displays that reflect the curriculum themes.
- Support children’s emotional well‑being by offering guidance, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement.
- Engage with parents through open communication, sharing progress reports, and offering suggestions for at‑home reinforcement.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Strong interest in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior teaching experience required.
- Resides within a reasonable commuting distance to the Unit Kutilang Raya location.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping and curriculum planning.
- Commitment to the full work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
