Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Supervise, coach, and schedule a team of hairdressers, colorists, and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Demonstrate advanced cutting techniques and hair coloring methods, providing hands‑on guidance and live demonstrations when needed.
- Conduct client consultations to understand styling goals, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage inventory of hair care products, tools, and color supplies, placing orders and tracking usage to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal service packages, and loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the salon owner on budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through continuous education and workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a hair salon or related beauty environment.
- Expertise in advanced haircutting techniques and professional hair coloring processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills: courteous, friendly, and capable of managing staff with tact and authority.
- Excellent communication and client‑consultation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
