Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate product displays, restock shelves promptly, and ensure that pricing labels are up‑to‑date using the store’s Management System.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the checkout counter, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager to prevent stock‑outs or overstock situations.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, verifying invoices against received goods, and organizing back‑room storage for quick replenishment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets, share best practices, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for customer loyalty.
