We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pencucian Mobil dan Salon Mobil to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, including pre‑soak, hand‑wash, drying, and polishing to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants.
- Execute interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, leather conditioning, and dashboard polishing.
- Operate both automatic and manual vehicles safely to transport cars to and from the washing bay and service bays.
- Maintain and organize all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to identify any additional cleaning needs or potential damages, reporting findings to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning agents.
- Provide friendly, professional communication with customers, answering basic questions about services and offering recommendations.
- Assist in training new team members on proper washing techniques and equipment usage.
- Support the shop’s overall efficiency by performing minor maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire pressure checks, and basic repairs when needed.
- Document daily activities and service logs to ensure accurate record‑keeping and billing.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 30 years of age (female applicants are also welcome and encouraged to apply).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of car washing and salon detailing processes.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
- Either prior experience in automotive detailing or a willingness to learn on the job.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Quick, agile, and detail‑oriented work style.
- Physical stamina and a hard‑working attitude to handle demanding shifts.
- Basic knowledge of shop management systems is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
