This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our filling line adheres to strict quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform real‑time visual and instrumental inspections of filled cosmetic containers to detect any defects, contamination, or deviation from product specifications.
- Execute and document routine quality checks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Utilize analytical tools such as spectrophotometers, viscosity meters, and pH meters to verify product consistency and stability.
- Identify root causes of quality failures, conduct failure analysis, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors, line operators, and the R&D department to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non‑conformance reports, and corrective action logs.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence of compliance with industry standards and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in training new team members on quality control techniques, proper use of equipment, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Continuously monitor the performance of quality control instruments, scheduling calibration and maintenance as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK (vocational high school) with a focus on Industrial Chemistry or Pharmacy; SMA/SMK/Sederajat is acceptable.
- Female candidates up to 27 years of age.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a cosmetics or related manufacturing environment, preferably in a filling or packaging line.
- Strong knowledge of failure analysis, quality analysis, and use of quality control equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work objectively, follow SOPs precisely, and maintain high levels of discipline.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to coordinate smoothly with production staff and cross‑functional departments.
- High degree of honesty, responsibility, and integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of spotting minute defects or deviations.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing production schedules and the ability to learn new procedures quickly.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for data entry and report generation.
