Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Office Administration Assistant (Tenaga Administrasi Perkantoran) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and fax transmissions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents such as KTP copies, diplomas, and transcripts.
  • Prepare and format routine office documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Handle basic data entry, update employee records, and support HR processes such as onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide courteous front‑desk support, greet visitors, and answer phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with team members on special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and ensuring equipment is functional.
  • Uphold company policies and cultural values, including adherence to Islamic principles where applicable.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Religion: Must be Muslim or Muslimah, with the ability to read the Qur’an.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet navigation.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
  • Availability: Ready to be called in for work on short notice.
  • Documentation: Must submit a handwritten cover letter, photocopies of KTP, diploma, transcript, two 4×6 passport‑size photos, and a CV. Candidates possessing an NBM (National Business Management) certificate should also include its copy.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities; attentive to detail and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
