Introduction
RSIA Tresna, a leading private maternity and women’s health hospital located in the heart of Mataram, is expanding its pharmacy team. We are seeking a motivated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian Klinis (Clinical Pharmacy Technical Staff) to support our pharmacists in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑focused medication services. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and offers a dynamic environment where clinical knowledge meets compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the hospital pharmacist in dispensing, labeling, and verifying prescription orders accurately.
- Prepare and manage medication inventories, ensuring proper storage conditions and expiration monitoring.
- Provide direct medication counseling to patients and their families, explaining dosage, administration routes, and potential side‑effects.
- Participate in the preparation of sterile and non‑sterile compounded medicines according to hospital SOPs.
- Support the pharmacy team in maintaining electronic medication records and ensuring compliance with national regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other health‑care professionals to resolve medication‑related queries and improve therapeutic outcomes.
- Conduct routine audits of medication stocks, report discrepancies, and assist in the procurement process.
- Engage in continuous education activities, such as workshops and seminars, to stay current with evolving pharmaceutical practices.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3 (or D4) in Pharmacy.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a pharmacy professional.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Residency in Mataram or willingness to relocate to the area.
- Proficiency in pharmacy administration, dosage calculation, and public speaking for patient education.
