Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Kolektor Lapangan Wilayah Gresik to join our dynamic field collection team. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who have overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and providing education on financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will work on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, and will be the face of our organization in the Gresik region, ensuring that our customers receive respectful, solution‑focused service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to residential and commercial customers with outstanding balances.
  • Perform courteous yet firm payment collection, negotiating repayment terms that align with company policies.
  • Educate clients on the importance of timely payments, offering guidance on budgeting and financial planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of each interaction, including payment commitments and follow‑up actions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports to the supervisory team.
  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service departments to resolve disputes or billing errors.
  • Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and recommend preventative measures to senior management.
  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory standards governing debt collection practices.
  • Represent the company positively in the community, building trust and reinforcing brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age meeting the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Male (as per the specific operational requirement for this position).
  • Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior collection experience required, though a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
    • Negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
    • Basic numeracy for handling payment calculations.
    • Proficiency in using mobile devices and data entry tools for reporting.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation are preferred but not mandatory.
