Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Project Expansion – Mobile Service specialist. This mobile‑first position plays a critical role in ensuring that each new or relocated project site operates with the highest standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and efficiency. The successful candidate will travel to various project locations, from warehouse expansions to hub mergers, and will be responsible for preparing sites, managing inventory labeling, and validating product placement throughout the expansion lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Print and install SLOC (Stock Keeping Location) labels and wayfinding signage according to the project layout, ensuring proper site preparation before any inbound activity.
- Verify accurate identification of goods and correct placement of SLOC tags during inbound processes, reducing errors and improving traceability.
- Arrange and display products on shelves following the approved planogram, guaranteeing optimal space utilization and visual consistency.
- Conduct regular validation checks, tidy the work area, and update product location data in the warehouse management system (WMS) on a scheduled basis.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports detailing inspection results, issues encountered, and actions taken.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, including logistics, operations, and engineering, to align activities with project timelines and quality standards.
- Adapt to mobile work conditions, traveling to various sites for new openings, relocations, or hub mergers as required.
- Provide on‑site training and guidance to local staff on labeling procedures, inventory controls, and safety protocols.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health‑and‑safety standards throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or project logistics.
- Strong understanding of stock control principles and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Physical stamina to handle site preparation tasks, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on project timelines; typical work hours are 08:00 – 17:00, with potential variations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to project locations.
- Competence in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting and data entry.
