Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty drinks in accordance with standardized recipes.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service, greeting each customer with a positive attitude and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, including regular equipment cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; conduct daily stock checks and communicate re‑ordering needs to the manager.
- Operate and troubleshoot coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, performing routine maintenance to guarantee consistent quality.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends, new beverage innovations, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
