Responsibilities
- Interpret client specifications, design sketches, and measurement charts to produce accurately tailored garments.
- Perform all stages of garment construction, including cutting fabric, assembling patterns, stitching, fitting, and finishing details such as buttonholes and hems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that tools, threads, and fabrics are properly stored and readily accessible.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to suggest fabric choices, construction methods, and style adjustments that enhance fit and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct fitting sessions with clients, make precise alterations, and provide professional advice on garment care and maintenance.
- Meet daily production targets while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control.
- Document completed orders in the company’s digital tracking system, recording materials used, time spent, and any client feedback.
- Stay current with emerging trends in textile technology, sustainable fabrics, and advanced stitching techniques to continuously improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field; recent graduates and active students are welcome.

- Proven experience in tailoring, garment construction, or related craftsmanship (0+ years acceptable for fresh talent with strong portfolio).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with clients and team members effectively.
