Introduction

PT. Maju Bersama is seeking a dedicated and motivated Karyawati Senior to join our Divisi Operasional dan Pengembangan in Gombong. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where a young professional can grow her career while contributing to the efficiency and expansion of our retail operations. The ideal candidate is a female aged 19‑25, currently residing in Gombong, who demonstrates honesty, discipline, and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, process stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records using the Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
  • Assist the Operations Manager in developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Support the Development team in planning new store openings, pilot projects, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct routine audits of cash handling, merchandising displays, and customer service quality.
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as sales growth, stock turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure seamless product flow from warehouse to store floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 19 – 25 years.
  • Gender: Female (Perempuan).
  • Marital Status: Unmarried (Belum menikah) – preferred for flexible shift coverage.
  • Residence: Must be domiciled in Gombong.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in the Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and basic computer literacy.
  • Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, eager to learn, good communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
