Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our growing retail team as Pramuniaga Penjualan (Sales Clerk). This role is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK) and are eager to develop a career in a fast‑paced, consumer‑centric environment. The successful applicant will represent our brand with a professional appearance, provide excellent service to shoppers, and help drive store performance through effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to appropriate products.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with the back‑office team.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations, upselling complementary items to increase average transaction value.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and solution‑oriented manner.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, health regulations, and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the store manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Prior experience in retail or a customer‑service role is preferred, but fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.

  • Basic proficiency with a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
