Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, issue receipts, and reconcile the register at the end of each shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients, sauces, and packaging materials; report shortages to the outlet manager.
  • Support fellow crew members during peak periods, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing wait times.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to operational processes.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, including proper use of kitchen equipment and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
