Responsibilities
- Prepare, steam, and present a variety of dim sum items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer product questions, and provide friendly, prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the serving counter, cooking stations, and dining area, adhering to health‑code regulations.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, issue receipts, and reconcile the register at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients, sauces, and packaging materials; report shortages to the outlet manager.
- Support fellow crew members during peak periods, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing wait times.
- Participate in daily briefings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to operational processes.
- Comply with all safety protocols, including proper use of kitchen equipment and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
