In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring that parcels move smoothly through our distribution network, from arrival at the dock to final staging for outbound delivery. As a member of the warehouse crew you will collaborate closely with supervisors, drivers, and fellow operators to keep the flow of goods uninterrupted. This is an entry‑level opportunity; no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Sort packages accurately according to destination codes and store them in the appropriate zones.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and supplier deliveries, using pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages, missing items, or labeling errors and promptly report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Arrange and organize items in the staging area based on supervisor instructions, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Perform barcode scanning and data entry to update the warehouse management system in real‑time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and participating in routine housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with cycle‑count procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates up to 45 years old; all genders welcome for other positions within the company.
- Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and personal bank account for payroll processing.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads (up to 25 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work rotating or night shifts as required by operational demands.
- Strong sense of honesty, diligence, and discipline.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
