Introduction

Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminders to customers whose payments are past due, using both telephone outreach and on‑site visits.
- Perform thorough observations and analyses of each delinquent account to identify root causes of non‑payment.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with the customer’s financial situation while protecting the bank’s interests.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring compliance with BCA Finance’s data‑protection policies and the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
- Build and preserve positive relationships with borrowers, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the company’s brand responsibly.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit risk, legal, and operations—to resolve complex cases and improve overall collection strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, trends, and field observations for senior management review.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Male candidates (as per the current posting).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Strong willingness to work outdoors and engage directly with customers.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Residency in Garut or surrounding areas with readiness to be placed at the BCA Finance Garut branch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on empathy and problem‑solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
- Proactive attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
