Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and professional Waiter to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational foundation (minimum high school or equivalent), a minimum of six months of relevant experience, and a positive attitude that reflects honesty, diligence, and a polished appearance.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and correct delivery of orders.
- Set and clear tables efficiently, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and follow sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to any concerns, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with precision.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and preparing the service station.
- Promote daily specials, upsell complementary items, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, service etiquette, and health & safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in food and beverage service.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- All genders are welcome.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a presentable appearance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to follow them.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
