Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through quizzes, practical exams, projects, and formative feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide individualized support and remedial instruction to students who need additional help mastering scientific concepts.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities such as science clubs, field trips, and school exhibitions to deepen students’ practical understanding.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and administrative staff to continuously improve curriculum delivery and school policies.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with educational best practices and emerging scientific discoveries.
- Uphold the school’s Islamic values by modeling ethical behavior, maintaining a smoke‑free environment, and respecting the Bermanhaj Salaf teaching approach.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Education, Science, or a related field (SMA/K qualification acceptable for supporting roles).
- Age: Open to candidates of any age; no maximum age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
