Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential corporate clients, freight forwarders, and e‑commerce partners.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the logistics and expedition space.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service departments to ensure marketing promises align with service delivery.
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to the logistics industry.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system, tracking lead status, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events in Medan and surrounding regions.
- Analyze campaign results, produce regular reports for senior management, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 45 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing within the expedition, freight, or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Residence in Medan is highly preferred, ensuring quick local market access.
