Introduction
Accor, a global leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic Manajer People & Culture (HR) to join our team. This role is designed for an active undergraduate student or a fresh graduate who is eager to launch a career in Human Resources within a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. The successful candidate will support the People & Culture department in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving talent development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies across our hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment life‑cycle, from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Support the execution of training programs and Accor’s learning initiatives to develop staff competencies.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, including surveys, recognition programs, and team‑building events.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Provide first‑line support for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Help prepare payroll data, track attendance, and manage duty meal allowances.
- Assist in the administration of in‑house medical benefits and other employee welfare programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and Accor’s global HR standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a fresh graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates of any age are welcome, with a focus on fresh talent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; internship experience in hospitality or HR is a plus.
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to build a career in People & Culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to represent the brand positively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High initiative, disciplined, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
- Willingness to commit to the internship program for the assigned period.
