Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross‑functional team of marketers, content creators, and sales representatives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns—including SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliate, and programmatic advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) to refine tactics and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with product development to translate feature sets into marketable messaging and offers.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel by nurturing leads through automated workflows and personalized outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements and forecasting future performance.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage budget allocations, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contract negotiations for advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years in digital marketing or sales, with demonstrable leadership experience or a track record of managing small teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proven ability to serve customers with enthusiasm, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Leadership qualities: Ability to motivate, delegate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Passion for marketing: A genuine interest in digital trends, consumer behavior, and innovative promotional tactics.
- Technical proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) and CRM platforms.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
