Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Promotor Aksesori Produk Retail to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on promoting and selling electronic accessories in our retail outlets, ensuring that product displays are attractive, customer interactions are positive, and monthly sales targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable leading a small team of sales associates.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the retail electronics market while contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies to meet or exceed target revenue for electronic accessories.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of sales staff, providing coaching and performance feedback to improve productivity.
- Maintain optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards to maximize customer engagement and impulse purchases.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inventory accuracy.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize out‑of‑stock situations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend new product lines or promotional events.
- Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales performance, team achievements, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years, unmarried (as per company policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or retail, preferably within the electronic accessories sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Honest, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure and strict sales targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend or holiday shifts as business needs dictate.
