Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative for our Kantor Cabang SPB Granit Depok. This position serves as the front‑line liaison between our company and the construction, architecture, and interior design markets in the Depok region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a wide range of building materials, including ceramics, granite, sanitary ware, and related products. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Depok and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, providing product recommendations and after‑sales support.
- Present detailed product specifications, price quotations, and promotional offers for ceramics, granite, and sanitary ware.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to the regional manager.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and emerging market trends.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, handling invoices, and managing credit terms with clients.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of building material trends, installation techniques, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields are accepted.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in building materials, ceramics, granite, or sanitary products.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Depok or willing to relocate immediately.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities; adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, self‑motivation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Availability: Ready to start as soon as possible; work schedule Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
