Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products at partner retail locations, ensuring customers understand the benefits and usage procedures.
- Demonstrate the payment application on Android smartphones, guiding customers step‑by‑step through the transaction process.
- Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote Home Credit financing options and drive foot traffic to partner outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation area that reflects the brand’s professionalism.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the regional supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product features, compliance standards, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit partners to coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special incentives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including data privacy and responsible lending practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for meeting challenges.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the Home Credit brand positively.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets throughout Magelang, whether in street‑level shops or shopping malls.
- Basic proficiency with social media tools and a knack for creating compelling marketing copy.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule: Tuesday – Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00.
