Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through both online channels (social media, email campaigns, SEO‑optimized content) and offline activities (community events, in‑person networking, referral programs).
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain the benefits of our premium services.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that align with seasonal promotions, new product launches, and clinic initiatives.
  • Maintain an active presence on social platforms, creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and cultivating an online community that reflects the clinic’s brand values.
  • Coordinate with the clinical and aesthetic teams to ensure seamless hand‑off from sales to service delivery, guaranteeing a consistent client journey.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry trade shows, beauty expos, and local networking events to expand the clinic’s market reach.
  • Handle post‑treatment follow‑ups, gather feedback, and turn satisfied clients into brand ambassadors.
  • Manage mobile work schedules, traveling to client sites, partner locations, and promotional events while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) – preference for candidates with an associate degree (D3/D4) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in both online and offline marketing tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently while meeting mobility requirements.
  • Professional and attractive personal presentation that aligns with the clinic’s premium brand.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional evenings or weekend events as needed.
