Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan Gadget – Area Kalimantan Barat to lead our sales initiatives across the western region of Indonesia. This role is pivotal for expanding our market presence in key districts such as Mempawah, Kubu Raya, Bengkayang, Belitang (Sekadau), Sosok, and Singkawang 2. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a passion for consumer electronics, driving both brand awareness and revenue growth while mentoring a network of outlet partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies for all assigned outlets, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Conduct regular visits to retail partners, providing product demonstrations, merchandising support, and performance feedback.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and in‑store activations to boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Collect and analyze sales data using basic MS Excel functions, preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Branch Sales Manager.
- Identify emerging market trends in the gadget sector, recommending product assortments and pricing adjustments to stay competitive.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order placements, and delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics teams.
- Coach and motivate outlet staff on sales techniques, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations, acting as a role model of integrity.
- Coordinate with marketing, after‑sales, and finance departments to resolve issues promptly and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to regional growth objectives and receiving performance‑based incentives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in gadget sales or a related consumer‑electronics role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with outlet owners and team members.
- Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and a results‑oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring ethical conduct in all daily activities.
- Must own a reliable motorcycle, a valid SIM C license, and a personal smartphone; the motorcycle must be kept in good condition for field work.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently while being accountable to the Branch Sales Manager (SAM) and other senior leaders.
