Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team in the Gondanglegi area of Malang. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting both existing and prospective customers within the Malang Raya area.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact, product demonstration, negotiation, to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Design, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, and paid ads) that support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging promotional material, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate weekly reports, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide excellent post‑sale support, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑up to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Travel throughout the Malang region on a mobile basis, attending client meetings, trade shows, and community events.
- Work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic—honest, disciplined, and resilient under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Deep familiarity with the Malang Raya geography, local market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Own reliable personal transportation (motorcycle or car) for daily client visits.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work mobile, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing software) and a desire to develop these skills further.
- Prior sales or marketing experience is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
