Responsibilities

- Create and post compelling Instagram and TikTok content that showcases the restaurant’s atmosphere, menu items, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and high‑volume periods efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly address any concerns, and follow up to ensure a memorable experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and brand standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑27 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
