We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Mobile Barista professionals to join our dynamic team in Bandung. The successful candidate will operate a fully equipped electric bicycle, bringing high‑quality coffee and delightful service directly to customers in the bustling neighborhoods of Cikutra and Rancaekek. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light refreshments according to company standards.
- Operate the provided electric bicycle safely, ensuring timely arrival at designated sales locations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about the menu and promoting daily specials.
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, cups, and other supplies; restock the mobile unit as needed.
- Track daily sales, handle cash transactions, and accurately report revenue at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations, keeping the mobile workstation clean and organized.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and building repeat clientele.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs for the electric bicycle promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen and logistics team to coordinate deliveries and promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age range: 18–50 years (maximum 59 years as per company policy).
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; both experienced and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a personal smartphone for order management and communication.
- Strong multitasking ability – capable of preparing drinks while managing sales and customer interactions.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills; confidence when engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP), family card (KK), and latest educational certificate.
- Ability to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
