Responsibilities
- Design and assemble a wide variety of flower arrangements for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and daily retail orders.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, suggest appropriate flower types, color palettes, and price points.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station and ensure all tools, vases, and accessories are properly sanitized.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
- Prepare and transport floral setups to event locations, ensuring timely delivery and flawless presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye‑catching displays for social media platforms such as Instagram (@bramyoung, @bramyoung_selempang).
- Stay updated on seasonal flower availability, emerging trends, and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or apprentices as the business expands.
- Handle cash transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Respond quickly to urgent client requests, adapting designs on short notice while maintaining high quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.
- Gender: Female (as stipulated by the employer).
- No prior experience is mandatory, but any background in floral design, event styling, or related creative fields is highly preferred.
- Personal attributes: honest, friendly, diligent, neat, punctual, consistent, and highly responsive.
- Multi‑talented: ability to handle both artistic design and basic administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Good health with no chronic illnesses that could affect daily work performance.
- Fast adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and software for order management.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 07:14 to 17:30.
