Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure, from hardware and software troubleshooting to network management and website maintenance. Responsibilities
- Purchase, inventory, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral equipment in line with company requirements.
- Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting for network issues, standard software applications, and hardware failures.
- Manage and secure company data, including regular backups, database pruning (e.g., Karvelo database), and implementation of security best practices.
- Configure and monitor Mikrotik routers, ensuring reliable internet connectivity across all office locations.
- Administer and update a portfolio of websites, including Karvelo.com, Rakvo, Juragan PPOB, Konterpulsaku, and Karveloreload, as well as any external client sites.
- Develop, customize, and deploy mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring they meet functional and security standards.
- Maintain and configure parsing scripts and integration tools that support business processes.
- Manage all corporate user accounts, passwords, and access permissions, enforcing strong authentication policies.
- Provide on‑call support and standby assistance for any technical issues that arise in the office environment.
- Coordinate server configurations with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Audit supplier transactions, reconcile balances in systems such as Otomax, and verify transaction integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in IT support, networking, or related fields.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting, including familiarity with Mikrotik devices and common routing protocols.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve software (standard office suites) and hardware issues.
- Excellent task‑management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated dedication to work, with a willingness to adapt to shifting schedules and urgent technical demands.
